dn222 Terms & Conditions

To register an account and use the dn222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dn222 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. dn222 is designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of dn222 or of any game provider, payment partner or technology partner connected to the Platform.
• You must not have an active self-exclusion in place on dn222. If your self-exclusion period has elapsed, contact our support team to request reactivation.

dn222 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of age, proof of address or other supporting documentation. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

dn222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All payments are conducted through supported methods, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and funds returned to the source.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. dn222 does not issue withdrawals to accounts held in names other than the registered account holder's name.
• dn222 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Standard bank transfer fees may apply for bank withdrawal requests.
• dn222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud screening or any other compliance review required under applicable policies.

Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and may result in legal action being taken against you.

All games on the dn222 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its provider's certified rules and RNG configuration. By playing any game, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. dn222 does not modify or manipulate game outcomes beyond the published mathematical parameters built into each game's certified configuration.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity disruption during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stake placed in that round will be returned to your account. dn222 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its direct control.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Collusion between players — including sharing cards or information in live table games, or coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures — is prohibited. dn222 monitors for collusion using behavioural analytics and may void results and close accounts where collusion is detected.

dn222 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of unfair play, collusion, system exploitation or any conduct that violates these gameplay rules. Decisions made by dn222 on gameplay disputes are final, subject to the formal complaints process in the Contact section of these Terms.

dn222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, multiple account registration, bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, chargeback fraud or any other criminal activity connected to the player's account or transactions.
• A player's request to self-exclude, or dn222's determination that a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling that necessitate protective account closure in the player's own interest.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at a player's own request or for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after completion of the standard verification process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dn222 excludes all liability for any losses, damages or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses from bets placed in good faith that were not won.
• Loss of data, loss of account access or any consequential, indirect or incidental loss arising from technical failures, system maintenance, internet connectivity issues or cyber incidents outside dn222's direct control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game rules, promotional terms or account balance displays that may not reflect real-time data due to technical delays.

Nothing in this clause limits dn222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. dn222's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
